Los Dias is a fabulous four bedroomed fully Air-conditioned house in the tiny hamlet of Es Consell, near San Lluis. A much cherished private home, Los Dias is luxuriously comfortable with all mod-cons, whilst retaining delightful Menorcan charm. Beautifully furnished it is set in large secluded grounds, only about 7 minutes walk from the picturesque and historic town of San Lluis.
Arched doors lead you into a vast reception hall, which in turn leads to the gorgeous sitting room, with three big comfy sofas, TV with full sky package, and Music Centre.
The kitchen is large and full of mod-cons, and has a large walk in pantry and separate utility room. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer, also a huge American fridge with ice-maker and cold water dispenser.
All four beautiful bedrooms have air-conditioning. The Massive Master bedroom suite has a walk in shower room and it’s own private balcony with easy chairs and sun-beds. There is a TV with full sky package.
There is a second King sized room with a fabulous four poster bed. There are two twin rooms, both of which can be made up as doubles and a there is a lovely shower room with walk in shower.
Outside, the house is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden. There are lots of covered areas, so you can dine or lounge in the shade. There is a BBQ and chimney and a large gas paella pan. There is also an drinks cooler and a sink in the garden Bar.
The pool is large with Roman steps leading into it and is surrounded by plenty of loungers.
Los Dias is only about ten minutes drive from the Airport, but is situated in a peaceful spot, surrounded by it’s own secluded gardens, which extend to more than 2500sqm. The beach is about ten minutes drive and the lovely historic town of San Lluis is only about seven minutes walk. Perfect for ambling home after a good meal in a traditional Menorcan Restaurant.
The overall feel of Los Dias is one of sumptuous elegance and it is a wonderful place to stay. Very family friendly, we offer free cots and hire chairs as well as two stair-gates, a bed guard and a buggy. All of these are free to you, but a small charge will be made for cot linen.
