Newly refurbished to a very high standard, Villa Olivia is a delightful detached three bedroomed villa located towards the end of a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac. The accommodation is laid out over two floors and is both spacious and bright with windows to the rear overlooking the terrace and pool. New air-conditioning/heating system makes this villa perfect for all seasons.
There is one double master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin rooms and family bathroom.
The villa offers a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The open plan living room/dining room is spacious and flexible room with wooden beams to the ceiling and an open fireplace. There are two double doors opening onto the rear terrace of the villa which make these rooms both bright and airy. A television, radio/cd player, video and dvd player are located in the living/dining area.
The modern kitchen is open plan to the dining room and is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, with rear access to the parking bay and laundry drying area.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished and all have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a private terrace. There is a separate family bathroom.
Gardens and Swimming Pool
Villa Olivia is surrounded by pretty gardens stocked with a variety of scrubs and surrounded by pine trees which give a high degree of seclusion and privacy. The private swimming pool measures 7 ½ metres x 4 metres and has the convenience of an adjacent outside shower. Overlooking the swimming pool is a good sized terrace with a BBQ.
Situated in Son Parc on the north coast of the island, in an area of approximately three hundred hectares of landscapes and pine forests, Villa Olivia offers the perfect spot for a family holiday or for those wanting a golf course on the doorstep!
The magnificent beach of Arenal de Son Saura lies just below the resort with sands stretching hundreds of metres into the bay and gently shelving making it ideal for children and wonderful for snorkelling enthusiasts with it’s crystal clear waters. There is an abundance of watersports available including windsurfing, water skiing, jet skis and pedaloes.
Son Parc offers an 18 hole golf course with putting green and driving range. There are also tennis courts available and a comfortable club house bar with restaurant overlooking the course. The clubhouse terrace offers snacks, drinks and evening meals.
Son Parc also has a choice of restaurants, small shops and two supermarkets making it the ideal holiday destination.
Fornells
Fornells is a picturesque fishing village located within a very short drive of Son Parc to the North of the island. It is ideal for wind surfing and sailing with numerous sailing schools located in the area. There are a variety of seafood restaurants and cafes gathered around the harbour offering local dishes including Caldareta de Langosta a delicious local seafood casserole made with lobster.
