Mimosa is a lovely family home which is situated in the quiet residential area of Es Consell, seven minutes walk from San Lluis. It has a large mature garden with tall imposing palm trees, magnificent scented shrubs and a variety of fruit trees including a large fig.
Mimosa is light and airy and has Air-conditioning. With a big, well equipped kitchen and quality furnishing this is a comfortable and relaxing house to stay in.
Outside there are large covered areas which provide shaded seating and for those who love the sun, there is ample space in the beautiful garden and around the good sized pool for relaxing in the sunshine.
The Master bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are plenty of free-standing fans throughout the remainder of the house. The Air-conditioning has been designed so that with strategic door management it will keep the whole house cool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a family shower room and a further bathroom.
The House is situated at the top of a long drive and is very private and peaceful. You are more likely to hear cockerels and donkeys than people and traffic!
Lovely beaches are only about five minutes drive from the house and the centre of Mahon is about fifteen minutes, as is the airport. San Lluis has many good restaurants which are popular with both Locals and tourists. There is an abundance of shops, and a local co-operative farmer’s market for really fresh Menorcan grown produce. There are excellent supermarkets only five, ten and twelve minutes away by car.
