Villa Esmeralda is an airy summer house right on the water's edge and has a lovely terrace with BBQ, patio furniture and sun loungers, an ideal spot to sit and watch the 'seagoing' world go by. Perfect for al fresco dining and long cool evening drinks, the Villa has the following accommodation: lounge/dining room with wonderful sea views; fully fitted kitchen including microwave and washing machine; master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room; two pretty twin-bedded rooms with colour co-ordinated fabrics; further full bathroom; and utility area with outside sink and shower.

There is a private parking area and a shared pool. There is a key in the Villa to the private, shared pool, which is less than a minute's walk away. As all the villas sharing this pool are privately owned and therefore often unoccupied the pool is rarely busy and out of school holidays, usually empty. The villa is only 5 mins walk to Binibeca beach - with the famous beach bar and restaurant and 10 mins to Binibeca Pueblo des pescadores.
